Bio
Dr Skye Wilton is a GP Registrar at GSMC. She completed her medical degree at the University of Wollongong and spent several years working in regional NSW before moving to Victoria to continue her training in general practice.
Skye enjoys the variety of general practice and building long-term relationships with patients and their families. Since moving to Victoria, she has gained experience across mental health and emergency medicine and is currently completing the Sydney Child Health Program. Having previously worked as an exercise physiologist in Canada, she is passionate about preventative health and helping patients find enjoyable, sustainable ways to incorporate movement into their lives. Her clinical interests also include mental health, paediatrics and women’s health.
Outside of medicine, Skye enjoys spending time with her young family, travelling, exploring nature and getting stuck into the garden. She dreams of eventually having a small menagerie at home, including chickens and bees.
