Telehealth appointments now available

In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic, Gladstone Street Medical Clinic is now utilising telehealth for appointments as far as possible. This can be with telephone or video technologies.

Telehealth is not only very convenient, but also helps to minimise the risk of spread of coronavirus

Many common problems can be dealt with really well this way. Care plans and mental health plans can be done through telehealth. Any required certificates, scripts, radiology or pathology requests or referrals can be picked up or sent to wherever needed. Your doctor will discuss whether you need to come in to the clinic as part of your consultation.

Telehealth consultations are all bulk billed.

Gladstone Street Medical Clinic, like most general practices, does not have the facilities to safely manage highly contagious infectious diseases. For the safety of our patients and our staff we will not see patients with suspected Novel Coronavirus in the clinic.

If attending the West Gippsland Hospital Emergency Department, please contact them on 03 5623 0611 and report to hospital/ED reception immediately upon arrival.
